I'm wondering if cream can be used instead of yogurt? I have a carton of double cream left from Christmas and I'd rather use that instead of buying some yogurt.

Hope everyone had a great holiday and hopefully will have a happy new year.

Just noticed at number 3 it says cream.

Mistakenly added oil at the beginning. Could kick myself. Probably because I was being asked to find a screwdriver halfway through. Hope it doesn't make too much difference.

With a one pot dish, adding oil at the beginning should make much difference. With meat that has a lot of fat, I omit adding oil completely often and it cooks fine in its own fat.

Hope it turned out okay?

Happy New-Year :-)

Just finished eating some and wow, its amazing. The mutton i used had most of the fat trimmed off. Definitely making this again. Luckily got loads more left.

Good that you enjoyed it :-)

Correction to the sentence in my reply above; adding oil at the beginning should make much difference., should read 'adding oil at the beginning shouldn't make much difference'.
